So there was this guy who i didn't know went to my college, I was shopping and was talking to my gran until i could feel someone standing there and staring at me so i looked up this guy was just intensely staring at me without no smile , just a blank face and it felt as if it was going on for ages it was that bloody long also i have turquoise hair and eyebrows,But its not that weird could that be the cause ?? !!! I was gunna try and smile but i was scared if he was a rapist so i didn't then after i broke the eye contact and he walked away, also at my college and once me my friend were walking and he was just turned around staring i have never spoken to him before but my sis has and says he not a weirdo. I am Confused and a Little worried? Should i be worried??

He might simply be very short sighted and be wondering if he knows you. I speak from experience. I met my first wife this way.
