DO POST-YUGOSLAV COUNTRIES REQUIRE
MORE OR LESS ECONOMIC LIBERALISM ?
Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia was going through gradual neo-liberal reform of economic regulations in its last decades in the eighties and nineties. At the same time rise of nationalism took place in the constituent republics leading to civil wars and disintegration. Once they became independent states they continued to change their economy policies according to idea of economic liberalism. However economy boom didn’t follow. They all have similar problems today - high unemployment rate, deindustrialization, public debt, poverty. Common interpretation of political establishment is that problems occur due to unfinished reform of public sector, state-owned enterprises and labor laws from socialism era. Hence it happens because of incomplete implementation of economic liberalism. This work will test aforementioned thesis by conducting a survey of recent history, politics and economy. Our preliminary hypothesis is reverse - these are results of implementation of economic liberalism - defined as an idea that economy ought to be based on free forces of market and private initiative - in post-Yugoslav region.

@GZA,
You're missing the word
the in at least three places that I could see, including as the first word of the piece. Your verb tenses run the gamut from past to present to future. I would replace the first hyphen (they should really be em dashes) with a colon. You're also missing some commas.
@GZA,
I largely agree with Jespah. My suggestions....
