whenever i get sad or depressed, i get this weird feeling in the palms of both my hands, any explanation?

Well, if I had to use both hands I would be anything but depressed.

Could be stress. Try massaging them.

Have you had a physical lately? You could have a circulation issue going on, too.

You really need a physical, diabetic and thyroid workup.
