99 reported themself until they were no longer allowed to log in. Due to spam the site mentioned. Unintentional. So I created 99's twin. In hopes it would be understood 99 and 99's twin is the same person.

I had noted Mod is very slow and reluctant to take such action, and no offense, but if you and he/she are the same person, on any other such website you also would been banned

Honest, I'm really curious. Evidently if you're correct, they're tolerating your attempt to establish a newly motivated character as his/her Twin

Just saying I'm surprised because on any other site like ours the guys who are supposed to watch us (Moderators)--knowing you're the same guy/gal-- would kick you off even if you had promised to do No More Spam
