@Region Philbis,
We've had and have currently got others who claim to be elderly, but the evidence of their posts is that however old the member may be, their output is puerile--childish and immature.

As I said before 99 has not made much of an impression on me, but what about Tranquilo? That's someone who just started following me one day, and most of you as well, but still hasn't posted anything.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was 99 as well.

Never really understood what she saw in Max.

I met Barbara Feldon once,
after her lecture at a Barnes & Noble bookstore in Manhattan.
I un-successfully tried to get her to lecture to our NY Mensa group.

@izzythepush,
Tranquilo also started to follow me, too. I just checked his (?) profile page. There's hardly anything there. Was he banned? I have no idea. He probably was a spammer. At least two of my other followers are nothing but spammers. Laughing

@wmwcjr,
He's not posted anything. I doubt he's banned or a spammer. A2K generally keeps US hours, so if I find spam it tends to be first thing in the morning whilst America slumbers. When I report it, it doesn't usually get dealt with until midday Greenwich. I noticed Tranquilo first thing in the morning, and he hadn't posted anything then.

I think it's another poster using Tranquilo to follow our posts. Someone with too much time on their hands who likes to think they're mysterious.

I see. Thank u, R.P.
If I encounter 99 in any incarnation whom I recognize,
I will be most soft and gentle indeed!!
I 'll make an effort to be supportive, if possible.

Within the last few days,
we 've also had another denizen of this forum who 's been around longer (but I will not name)
become very, very emotional, to the edge of hysteria; also a bit hazy
in some of his posts. It makes me wonder whether beyond the horizon
of our cognition, these posters are being affected from pharmaceutical sources or alcohol.
This is not to imply that people can t freak out un-aided by drugs; thay can. Thay DO.
However, when we are innocently posting,
we don t know what we are up against qua explosions of delirious frenzy; like walking in a minefield.

U mean because of Christmas??
That means quite a lot to Christians.
I remember my ineffable boyhood joy with Christmas.
I think its safe to say that Christmas and the 4th of July
are the most thrilling, happiest times of the year!

Tho here in South Florida,
we still hear the celebratory gun fire of the New Year 's celebration.

Your confusion Dave arises from the term "him" having been applied not to 99 but to Maxwell Smart whom I at least remember to be a fella

However Dave I somehow supposed 99 to be a girl

Otherwise my apologies to 99

Barbara Feldon admirably played the role of Agent 99.
I met her at one of her (anti-chaotic) lectures, in Manhattan.

It's unusual to hear anyone so admit but I wonder if a2k can be of any help

As an absolutely intriguing person 99, you're welcome to contact me as [email protected]

Edited to remark you who's intriguing not me
