This is an international forum so many people will have no idea which country you're even referring to.

Looking on forums is a lousy idea, anyway. The best person to talk to is your mother, if she still alive. After that, try wherever they met. Was it work? Then if the company still exists, you can ask if they can contact a current or former employee for you (they will not just up and give you the last-known address, if they have it). School? Then ask that school about anything they know.

This is work and it often requires in-person leg work. Asking on a forum is an extraordinarily inefficient way of going about it.
