Can "on Fridays" be used like this in a past tense question?

Sounds OK, but I would have said "Where did you go dancing on Fridays?"

In this case it is a reference to a a habitual/routine behavior?

A: Where did you guys dance on Sunday nights?

B: At the Hippadrome.

A: Where did you dance on Fridays?
