The use of "do" to emphasize

To emphasize our attitude we may use "do" - "I do agree." Is it propper to use "do" if it os followed by "am", "is" or "are" ?
„ Are you happy? Yes, I am.”
Can we say: „I do am happy!” If not, why and what is a propper way to emphasize it like in „ I do agree”?

@Guru das,
I do am happy is wrong.

If you want to emphasise your happiness, I would suggest something like :
I am really happy.
Or...
I am very happy.

It's emphasising the verb to agree. eg. "I do agree"

It's not emphasising the verb to be. e.g. "I am....". So you wouldn't use "do" here.

@Guru das,
Yes Guru, I'm happy. I do strive for happiness. I'm happy, yes. I'm indeed happy. I'm so happy. I am happy, I do feel happy, I do. I do happiness.
