Hopefully, it's someone who has a long term plan to teach proper grammar to every child around the world.
In reality, it's probably The Bildeberg Boys.

@lil host,
Actually, I do, but I'm kind of shy and don't want everyone's attention and gratitude.

Black Sabbath "Lord of this World"
You're searching for your mind don't know where to start
Can't find the key to fit the lock on your heart
You think you know but you are never quite sure
Your soul is ill but you will not find a cure
Your world was made for you by someone above
But you chose evil ways instead of love
You made me master of the world where you exist
The soul I took from you was not even missed
Lord of this world
Evil possessor
Lord of this world
He's your confessor now!
You think you're innocent you've nothing to fear
You don't know me, you said, but isn't it clear?
You turn to me in all your wordly greed and pride
But will you turn to me when it's your turn to die?

A good place to start would be to see who owns most of the world.
Well with all the research and the many skills i have gained i already know who rules what but if i shall say it on here i might as well get arrested nor assassinate,i wise man once said you can always use the system on your side, i shall not write any further research and you will probably find it out.
Well, you don't have the security clearance to hear the truth.
I think it's not in his pay grade.

Nature rules the world. It dictates how we live (grass hut, brick, etc.) and how we dress (shorts, parka). It influences how we feel (sweating, shivering). It gives us light and dark. It makes things grow and thrive or shrivel and die. It provide water and food.
We humans think we're hot ****. But to nature, we're just annoying and destructive specks. Every now and then it reminds of this--tornados, hurricanes, tsunamis, droughts, floods.
So, when you get right down to it, the world rules the world.
