I'm not even aware of there having been "poll after poll" in postwar Iraq ... its not exactly a pollster-friendly environment right now. "Yes, hello, may I ask you something?" ... heh.
That is why, I would gather, that one poll I linked to was such a globe-spanning effort (with participating partners from the US, England, Germany and Japan), and was proclaimed to be quite something special ...
Now, its results were not wholly unwelcome for the administration, but they didn't include anything much in the ways of 90-something% ...
