don't be an idiot, for unless the male flowers are without pollen and nectar, many types of pollinators will visit.

... and how will you create a brand new variety of these ... aha, by cloning, but unfortunately the evolution does not treat the question with cloning of the newly 'developed' species.
and by embryo rescue, grfting, nd rooting of scions. This is why its called ARTIFICIAL SELECTION. Do you really have such a hard time following along? Youre trying like hell to catch me up but youre having a shitty day in a shitty coupla months

Lemme get this right, you asked me how I can call a seedless grape , a GRAPE??
If you have your cat spayed, is she still a cat?

Dear Farmerman, exactly this is none of your business, and BTW I am not trying to catch up with you, but simply reply to what I can ... and when I can. Is that a problem to you ... and why?

Yes, but I am not going to eat my cat (for now) ... actually I don't even have any. One doesn't keep a cat to eat it up in the end, unlike the grapes, which means that you supply your body metabolism with unknown variables.
I don't see for you to be worried about that.

If you have 'nanotoxin' in the dictionary the spellchecker will catch the error. Obviously either you don't have the 'nanotoxin' in the dictionary (not only the online one), or you are odds with the spellchecker ... or both. lol

@Herald,
ahhhh, I get it. If I neuter my cat (but don't eat her0 I can then refer to her as a cat. BUT, if I were going to eat her, then she would not be a cat?

I seeeee.

Not really. That's why the Church is against artificial birth control. The female metabolism is not to be tricked for the convenience of men.

When a male racehorse has been gelded it is referred to as an entire colt. Geldings are barred from our Classic races.

Not generally but I suppose a few must do. The French eat horse I have read.

I gather we import sperm from the US. We are less inclined to donate than you guys must be. Maybe it's because you enjoy wanking under clinical conditions more than we do.

Thank goodness for the tabula rasa and the discrediting of the idea that acquired characteristics can be passed on.

Because it's like having a safety harness on and is not a real test. But I know that misogynists are in favour. In fact it is the acid test of misogyny.

Accusations that others are misogynists are just empty words designed to deflect attention from the real thing.

You haven't 'seen' anything. The point was that so far you don't have to eat and drink the products of the Frankengenetics it is not so critically fatal.

Absolutely yes - horse meat is everywhere (with or without designation) - cheap meatballs, flat sausages, raw mince meat, etc. ... notwithstanding whether we are eating it with our awareness ... and consent, or not. Besides that the pigs are gelded as a rule in the technological process of meat production ... and the chicken are pumped with tetracyclines, which are prohibited for use in the human medicine - except 'through the back door' ... when eating chicken.
In a recapitulation: the evolution is either based on intelligent design or on unintelligent design (incl. stochastics, retard combinatorics and Frankenfood genetics). In the second case scenario most of the flora and the fauna on this planet should like monsters and mooncalfs by the present.

@Herald,

Are you fmilir with John Conways (1970) computer program that generates order from disorder based on a few simple rules. Its often used as a refutation of ID and its interminable ignorance

.AND , FROM YOUR "RECAP" a quote that is one mans simple observation;

Quote:
ignorance more frequently begets confidence than does knowledge: it is those who know little, and not those who know much, who so positively assert that this or that problem will never be solved by science." —
Darwin wrote this in the Introduction of "The Descent of Man"

"this or that problem" is a bit wooly.

Science lies because (that word again) it hasn't the courage of its convictions and it knows that if it had it wouldn't be allowed. Hence Ethics Committees.

There are no ethics or moralities in Science. It is, when taken further than you dare, inhuman.

I presume Darwin was implying that he knew much and was not ignorant. Good for him eh? It is always amusing to see word formulations which serve to pat oneself on the back. His funding derived from the murderous exploitation of the workers: men, women and children.

Pity Emma.

A new one to be added to the long list of faults you presume me to embrace. I presume, taking my turn, that they comfort you in some mysterious way which I have not yet got to the bottom of. Nor ever will.

Whatever might be said in praise of Mr Darwin he was certainly a silly old pillock and one who used his ill-gotten dough to have his inferiors dance to his tunes. Such as they were with only a one note whistle out of which to be blown.

Not that that invalidates his astounding discoveries I must admit.

Which knowledge you (and your favourite D.) are talking about? Is it the knowledge underlying the Frankengenetics?
O.K. we are the ignorant ones and you are the knowledgeable guy. Why don't you tell us, the simple mortal, everything about the Frankengenetics, like for example when you pump up a tomato with ethylene how it is metabolized afterwords ... to the very end, and with all the details, or when you make GMO maize of the unexpected how is the gluten of that maize processed ... especially when fried in another GMO maize oil.
FM, do you know which is the saddest news - the saddest news is that if you really are that knowledgeable as you claim, you would be able to pack a cap of powder with bone morphogenetic proteins and some carrier of genetic code and rehabilitate teeth, for example. Do you know why you are light years away from this and why you will never be able to do anything even resembling this at first approximation - because presenting some mumbo jumbo about genetics on the net is very much different from understanding the processes underlying & driving life,
... and you cannot even imagine how much more different it could be.
