OK, FWIW, Gullibility implies that you are falsely persuaded by a plausible story from another.

If you believe the outrageously unbelievable claims of Icke (for example, humans are being manipulated by mind control beams from alien reptillians, 9/11 was an inside job by George bush, etc), in my opinion, you are willfully deceiving yourself.
