weird sack like discharge.. i have a picture but dont know how to post it

hopefully someone can help me out on here... Okay so a couple days ago I felt like I really had to pee and when I sat down a large amount of fluid came out with a mix of blood then shortly after a sack like thing came out... it looked like a sack/skin... it had what looked like raw egg whites and it had blood in it and on it. there was no odor, just slight bleeding and cramping. I have been pregnant 3 times, 2 miscarries and 1 live birth. right after my daughter was born was when I had my second miscarriage I didn't tell my doctor. I now have the Skyla IUD and I don't know if that has anything to do with what came out of me. I have pelvic pain. I tried searching for my strings to my IUD and I can't find them and my SO told me he could feel something that kind of hurt when we would have sex.. I have pictures of whatever came out of me, the discharge that was on my underwear when this happened and what it looked like after I whipped after it came out... I have never seen anything like this so hopefully you will know what it is.. did I have a miscarriage? is it from my IUD?? any answers and any help will be more then appreciated!! should I get my Iud removed?? I am going to call tomorrow to set up a doctors appointment but I am dying to know what's going on with me. I have been having really bad headaches and getting light headed as well. I got my Skyla back in July/13 (the 11th to be exact) I am a healthy 19 year old female and I had a healthy pregnancy and delivery.. I have never had surgery of any kind before. I had a vaginal delivery and it went perfect. I just need help!! I have had nothing but pain since I had my daughter
