hey people,
anyone out there with any medical knowledge?
i keep getting a red rash on the end of my nose which sometimes forms into a red boil,apart from it being unsightly and embarassing it sometimes gets very sore.
anyone out there know what causes it and any cure?

Visit your doctor and have him or her refer you to a dermatologist. I know that's probably not what you wanted to read, but I'm no doctor and any doctor would need way more info than that in order to even attempt a non-in-person diagnosis.
It could be -
acne
allergies
skin cancer
etc.
You get the idea. There are so many possibilities (at least one of which that can be fatal) that you really should work with a specialist in order to get an accurate answer.
