-->In this sentence, what is the meaning of "studded fist"?
Is it literally a fist decorated with studs? : )

It could be, but we need more of the context. (Where you saw it - the name of the book or story, the author and who the character is)

I am thinking of the device usually called brass knuckles, but since she's a feminine type, it probably means she has rings on her fingers, which are a passable substitute for knucks.
