yea and we all (staff that is) knows what it is....in fact....if you read my entire post....
Even though some of the staff do 'seem' stuck up at times, I am sure it is only because they hear a lot of the same stuff every day. Whether it be through posts or owls. So if you did get a snippy reply once or twice, blame it more on frusteration than personality. Two staff in general have always been very kind and helpful to me when Im in a jam.
