how do u guys speak?

I realize americans voice are very deep while asians (chinese and korean and so on)are softer. I know its caused by languages.But How do you guys do when you pronounce words?? really wanna make my voice deeper like natives...using deep part of throat?isn't that uncomfortable?

I have never found speaking
to be uncomfortable.
