Could you recommend me some English dictionaries where I can find vocabulary used by youth? I mean students, internet users etc.
Online, you would want to consult
The Urban Dictionary. As with any dicitionary, you hvae to have a word or phrase in mind to look up there.

It's so much something used by the youth, as something used by the foul mouthed.

Nevertheless, it is the only source of which i know for the contemporary vocabulary and usages of young people in the world. We can just pretend that Tsar is young.
