Who filibustered who?

The analysis on Dr. Condoleeza Rice's testimony is in. During the almost three hours of testimony, the commissioners talked 60% of the time with the Democrats using 75% of that, and Condi spoke 40% of the time.

The Democrats of course are saying that Dr. Rice filibustered to keep them from asking questions--questions she had already answered of course. But in retrospect, it's pretty obvious who got filibustered.

If she hadn't been adamant about giving complete answers it would have been 10% for her.
