Will i lose weight once going off nuvaring?

Within 4 months of starting the Nuvaring I have gained 25 lbs! I am super bloated, moody/sluggish and my sex drive has gone way down.

My main concern is the weight gain and my question is, if I go off it will I easily lose the weight? I know everybody is different, but in general does going off make it easy to lose the weight?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
