How do I find my birth father when I do not have a name?

I am 41 years old. I was born in Sanford, Florida and adopted to a family in Alabama. I do not have any information about my biological father. I think he went to Lyman High School in Sanford, Florida. I have no medical history. I want to meet him. How do I start when I have no information to go on.

Speak with your parents, if they are living, about the adoption process. Where did they go? Who did they speak with? Did they fill out forms?
