Also, is " shall take all such steps as are practicable to ensure" correct in grammar?
Context:
Legal Warning
"This motion picture including its soundtrack, is protected by copyright and any broadcast, public performance, diffusion, copying and /or editing are prohibited unless expressly authorised and Distributor shall not itself without the written consent of Licersor sell any videograms of the Film outside the Territory and shall take all such steps as are practicable to ensure that none of its customers shall do so. "
@oristarA,
Not quite.
For future reference Ori.
All legal texts in the US are written so the layman can't understand it.
This is to protect the ability of attorneys to charge $200. an hour.
@oristarA,
Well it's perfectly correct legalese.

That's exactly right.
Wait, $200 per hour? Is that the going rate in your neck of the woods? Seems a bit low to me.
@Ticomaya,
Quote:Seems a bit low to me.
It's the rate charged for representing indigents
The whole passage is absolutely grammatically correct.
@oristarA,
It makes sense. "Itself" refers to the Distributor and the it is the Distributor who "shall take all such steps".
