Im 12 years old, very active, and healthy weight. I almost never eat chips, i eat quite healthy. And i was at a friends house and all they had was chips so i basically ate about 600 calories worth of chips. It was so discusting. But i was hungry. How much weight will i gain? And how do i prevent myself from gaining weight?

@Wonderstruck girl,
You are 12 years old. It is natural to gain weight as you grow up.

An occasional serving of chips will not cause you to gain weight.

I hope you are talking to your parents about your concern about calories and weight.

@Wonderstruck girl,
one 60o calorie binge is about 3 ounces of chips, even if they were made of lead the most you could possibly put on is 3 oz and eventually you'd excrete them.

You'd burn them by running for an hour (or walking for 2.5) . Doesn't seem like it's worth stressing over, and be grateful chips don't appeal to you.

If you're heating healthy and getting some exercise in it's not worth worrying about an occasional lapse.
