If God ordered you to kill your child, would you do it?

@Terry,
I would tell him no and and ask him what kind of a loving god could he be to tell me to do that. And by the way what other commandments do you want me to break and what other parts of the bible do I not listen to.

Well yaweh doesn't really actually expect you to kill your child, he will stop you at the last second and say, "Just kidding, I just wanted to test you, to see if you actually would follow my commandment despite the fact that I am omniscient."

@BoGoWo,
Are you serious? Why would you even ask such a stupid question like that especially on a subject regarding god, you need help and fast. , you know as well as i do, or maybe you don't, that god would never ask you this, I'm done with you, go away you're scarey. .

@9one1,
best read your old testament

commanded abraham to do just that to prove his faith, of course at the last minute he punk'd him and said it was just a test

@djjd62,
Of course Abraham didn’t know that and full well intended to do it, all because his god told him to. And this is considered a ‘good’ story about faith to most Christian denominations.
Ask this to an average adult with his kids around, waiting for an answer, and I wonder what your get.

@Terry,
I am convinced that a child is a gift and a blessing to his or parents. When God will give you a blessing, He will not add sorrow in it. Jesus did it once and for all. When God tests Abraham to offer his son Isaac, it was a prophetic gesture of the offering of a lamb that was slain for the sake of our sins. The Lamb that was slain was Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God.

Not add sorrow??? Tell that to Job!
What a bunch of bullshit, cherry-picking, nonsense.
