A language difference: the dance where you put the left leg in etc is called the "Hokey Cokey" in the land of Shakespeare. "Hokey-pokey" is a old fashioned (100 years ago) Cockney word for ice cream.
Wikipedia says the dance is called the "Hokey Tokey" in New Zealand - (Do they do it when they are stoned?)
