How to join the A2K fantasy football league on Yahoo

The good folks at Yahoo decided to improve their fanatsy football by
eliminating the need to have the league ID and a password. Now you
either receive an invitation from the commisioner (which ain't gonna
happen unless he has your email address) or the commisioner can send
you the URL to go to in order to join.

I'm helping out the commissioner by distributing the URL by means of PMs.
I don't want to publish the URL on A2K for obvious reasons.

One other thing -- you will need to get a Yahoo account to join.

@George,
Sure, what the hell, although I will likely be as engaged as I've been for baseball this year.

@George,
Just wondering...is fantasy football harder than fantasy baseball? There's so many more players and roles to handle.

For example, in Fantasy Baseball I loaded up on talented pitchers and I'm still below .500 in 9th place out of 10. I can't win for losing! No biggie...but I can't gain any ground. I can imagine how brutal Football will be, which i know less about than beisbol!

@Ragman,
You're still beating the tar outta me.

Just remember to select a kicker in the first round, and you'll be all set.

@jespah,
The Sand Shepherds are pawing for action.

Ragman, actually we're all circling the drain in baseball, the percentages aren't that far off. I'm biased in that I like football better. I am blessed by never remembering how I did the year before, though I do remember I'm better at the pick'um game. For me it's more of a social thing, friends are following football (at least slightly) with me. I also tend to pick who I like, which we all know is dumb reason for drafting someone.

I'd be fine with 12 players if that happens.

Anyone remember how many players end up on our team rosters, including bench?

@ossobuco,
I found it on one of the old threads - 21, and that's including 6 on bench. It was Tico who answered back on the other thread.

@fbaezer,
PM him - I dunno, the number was set to ten players and it's at ten, and the draft is Saturday around six pm New Mexico time. Maybe they'd set it to twelve players, but time's a wasting for finding another player if so. But maybe, given RJB's miracle ways.
Maybe lots like it at 10 - I'm fine with 12.

Hey, maybe we could lasso Frank Apisa, that lilly livered son of a gun.
