Anyone would have to admit that the whole thing is stranger than something anyone could make up. I mean he was in hiding because of death threats after a high profile trial, the first thing he does is leap to a family rescue out of a smoking car? They couldn't have come up something better if they tried unless of course the family turned out to be the Martin family---sans Trayvon Martin.

I agree, Rev. And I have said that this situation was ripe for new, and funny jokes. I'm not defending GZ for getting himself into this pickle, I'm just pointing out the incredible hypocrisy of the various "saints".

You don't find it at all odd how these folks can go on and on about [name's] moral failures yet they say nothing about the enormous war crimes that were/are Afghanistan/Iraq/drone program.

Zimmerman had shown that he is a citizen that get involved and aid his fellow man as needed such as raising hell over a homeless black man being beaten by a son of a cop and the police taking no actions.

In my opinion one Zimmerman is worth ten of either you or Firefly.

I think the fact that he wore tights and a cape...and had heroic music blaring in the background was probably overkill!

If I were driving by and saw George out there I would keep on driving. They gave him his gun back. I sure as hell wouldent take a chance of George getting nervous about me and start shooting.

They didn't give him his gun back. The DOJ has it, as they are trying to build a false case against him. One way or another the race baiters are trying to get their pound of flesh.

Given all the death threats he and anybody near him are getting that law enforcement are not doing a damn thing about I could see myself why he might be uptight.

He can buy a couple of new ones while has the one he used for killing is evidence in the new case. The evidence cannot be returned until such time as the Department of Justice release the hold ofallevidences.

What this guy needs right now is another shooting on his part in self defense.

Someone ought to suggest to him to never go near a gun again.

The DOJ are game playing as if after a year they can not make a case against Zimmerman with all the FBI agents crawling over his life then their email reporting address is not likely to allow them to do so.

Too bad the government did not do such a large scale background check on Edward Snowden and I would laugh if a government of another nation was acting so irrational instead of mine.
