Any differences between Japan's and Japanese?

It seems that both words can act as adjectives.
What's the differences between them?
How about China's and Chinese?

China's means things that belong to the country named China.

Chinese means the language spoken or the people from China

Moreover, to call people Chinese is better than calling them China's man since the latter is a little insulting Smile

I would think that in common parlance (not exact definitions) that "Japan's" would refer to things like Japan's economy, government, etc. "Japanese" defines different things, like food, and people. It's the same for your China example. You don't go out for "China's food", you go out for "Chinese food."
