Maybe u let folks beat your head on the street IF thay r SKINNY! Yes??

He was skinny based on the coroners report. But don't let actual facts get in your way now, David. They haven't seem to mattered before this.

Except his head wasn't being slammed against the street when he fired the shot. Ooops. That was no longer happening.

why was it no longer happening? Was it because martin was reaching for the gun, an even bigger threat to Zimmerman's life????

But that's racist, Hawkeye. Are you admitting that you are a racist?

sure...I am more committed to reality than I am to political theories, so sometimes sacred cow political theories get the knife from me. for me inclusion is only a good thing when it betters civilization, when it stops is where I start to have no use for it, resorting to my belief that individuals have an overriding duty to look out for their own best interest before they take up charity to others. getting in the way of risk assesment is stopping being good for civilization jsyk.

Can I point out what I see as the flaw in your reality?

The Boboboians and the Baluskis, thru their governments and military have killed a lot of people. The people who committed these acts of murder, stealing, rape, spreading WMDs can all be easily identified - they are the Boboboians and the Baluskis.

Following your line of reasoning, all people everywhere should look out for their own best interests, which means that when one encounters a Boboboians or a Baluskis, they should immediately view them as voracious killers and act accordingly, say by following them and killing them should any person other than a Boboboian or a Baluskis deem that to be in their best interests.

I think you should be able to see my question in all this.

Don't let this be a big distraction from the central issue, above, but does that include the tenets found within the US Constitution?

@JTT,
you have confused "is more likely to be X" with " is X". your argument is thus rejected.

You'll have to explain what you mean with greater detail.

@hawkeye10,
Were you there? David claimed he was shooting to stop his head from being "beaten into cement". Which story will it be tomorrow?

@parados,
I am not aware that zimmerman ever varied his story about fearing that his gun would be used against him, thus he took the shot.

Your insults aside,
please show us where in the coroner 's report
he says he "was skinny".

the judge could stop the trial after the prosecution rests and apologize to zimmerman on behalf of the state,

a suit against the state with maybe $10 million in damages would about right the wrong that has been done.
Yes. SO STIPULATED

actually, dave, let's expound on this point for a moment.

how does one look when one cases houses?

aside from being black, of course...
