Bill's sentence here was constructed by someone suggesting a lack of intelligence in another individual.

Incredible!

I have never done that;
no one I know, has ever done that:
we got along OK -- better than travon.

I do not think it is particularly smart either, David.
But very intelligent people sometimes do dumb things.

But the fact of the matter is that we do not truly know the
particulars of what happened that night.

One of the observers is dead. And the story of having
his head beat against the sidewalk is coming only from the guy who is living.
Our ignorance is of NO legal nor moral significance.

YOU brought the subject up, David.

I think that NONE OF US cud withstand scrutiny by that criterion, Frank. Cud U ???

Nope. And definitely I think Zimmerman couldn't either.

George Zimmerman’s credibility might be hurting at the moment, but records released to the public on Tuesday show he passed a pair of lie detector tests in February just a day after killing unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin.

The tests were part of a new round of evidence made public by the office of Florida special prosecutor Angela Corey, who charged Zimmerman in April with second degree murder. He has pleaded not guilty and said he was acting in self defense when he shot and killed the teen.

VIDEO: George Zimmerman’s Reenactment of The Night He Shot Trayvon Martin
The type of tests Zimmerman submitted to were called computer voice stress analysis. They looked for changes in his speech as he answered simple yes or no questions.

Among the questions Zimmerman answered: Did you confront the guy you shot? (No.) And were you afraid for your life when you shot the guy? (Yes.)

@BillRM,
Who cares about a voice stress test? An accomplished liar can handle those.

You know Zimmerman lied and tried to conceal evidence--both his assets and a second passport--from a judge in a legal proceeding. And his wife got stuck with the perjury rap.

The man is a brazen liar. He seems to have no scruples. Perhaps that's what you admire about him.

Is this an example of your allegedly magnificent intellect at work? How many "scientists" just disregard data they don't like? Laughing What about the real evidence of Zimmerman's lying that you're trying to avoid dealing with. Laughing

Boy, are you a phony. You and Zimmerman have that in common too. He's given to exaggeration, and stretching things beyond the truth.

I was never into designing airplanes even those I was into flying ultralights and jumping out of planes for the fun of doing so.

However the chance of your life depending in part on my works in a hospital when they run diagnostic tests is very very high indeed.

Was there a point you were trying to make here, Bill. Honestly, I do not understand it if you were.

Make the point...and I will respond.

You're just saying that to scare the crap out of me, Bill. I honestly do not see you as an especially intelligent individual...and if you have designed any of the devices used to keep an old guy like me ticking...I am in serious trouble.

LOL..........First two posters claiming not to be able to understand how FCAT testing work in the state of Florida. even after my giving any number of links on the subject and now you claiming not to understand the meaning of passing a lie detector test as far as a person credibility is concern or just the willingness to tale such a test in the first place for that matter.

You people can not be that stupid or can you?

Never have anything to do with devices to directly keep you alive just the devices that produce information of what might be wrong with you for the medical people to act on.

@BillRM,
Tell us why such "lie detector" tests are not admissible as evidence in court, BillRM.

Surely, with your magnificent intellect, and scientific acumen, you should be able to do that.

If you actually want to explain your earlier post...and if you can...do so. I will, as I mentioned, respond.

This other nonsense doesn't interest me.

Luckily, I think you are just blowing smoke. Otherwise I would be frightened, because if you are an example of the quality of people who actually design devices used in medical diagnostics...the entire country is in trouble.

Then the country had been in trouble since 1974 and in fact the whole damn world for that matter or at least most of it.

Off hand, I am not sure if we sold devices to the former USSR and it satellites nations.

BillRM sure is.

He's not a designer, of anything.

He was a run-of-the-mill computer hack.

I remember a guy once telling me he wanted to get back into medicine.

He had been a janitor in a hospital.

You seem to think you are pretty hot intellectual stuff.

Show even a tiny bit of it here.

You first as far as showing some commonsense and intellect is concern.

In any case, a hoodlum attacked a outstanding citizen and thank god this time it was the hoodlum that died instead of the outstanding citizen.

A text book example of justifiable homicide if there was ever one.

Then the race baiters and the anti-gun nuts and the news media try to sell the fantasy of a poor innocent black child and a evil white racist killing this poor innocent child.

None of the stories have any connection to the real world as in the evil white guy was not evil nor white and not a racist.

The smiling 13 or 14 years old shown in the pictures have little connection with the 17 years old hoodlum who attacked Zimmerman either.

That's right. The stories you've concocted have no connection to the real world.

They also have no connection to the actual trial that occurred.

The jury heard nothing about any "hoodlum"...

And there was evidence of an altercation, but not "an attack"...

Tell us again about your great intellect and scientific acumen. Laughing You can't even connect to reality. Laughing

The person you refer to as an "outstanding citizen" had an arrest history for assaulting a cop, has a history of behaving abusively toward females, was turned down by a police department as an unsuitable applicant, was continually mired in debt and sued at least once for non-payment of credit card bills, and engaged in an elaborate scheme to deliberately conceal evidence from a judge--causing the judge to say he was a liar who deliberately flaunted and manipulated the justice system, and who likely planned to flee the country with other people's money. .

And then there's the little matter of his profiling an innocent kid, and stalking him in the darkness of a gated community, in complete disregard of Neighborhood Watch rules...

Zimmerman's behavior pattern is "outstanding" mainly as an example of anti-social tendencies and irresponsibility.

Racist? You mean Frank who think that because the hoodlum skin is darker then the victim by a very few shades it is therefore the victim fault for daring to defend himself?

If so I agree that he see an issue of race where there was none and that is being a racist.
