He identified a black boy to be a robber - without any evidence or cause.

911 tape Operator what color in this person I think he is black

Yes sir he was focus on his skin color damn it no matter what the facts show as facts does not matter only the feelings drum up by the media.

Second his attack on Zimmerman is more the enough to prove that Zimmerman was right in sensing something was very very very wrong with Trayvon.

Next you do not need to be right to report that you think someone could be up to no good.

Quote:

Lead Sanford Police Detective Chris Serino told the FBI that race wasn't behind the shooting.

"Serino believed that Zimmerman's actions were not based on Martin's skin color (but) rather on his attire, the total circumstances of the encounter and the previous burglary suspects in the community," the FBI wrote in its report. "Serino described Zimmerman as overzealous and as having a 'little hero complex,' but not as a racist."

Even an African-American officer — Sanford Police Sgt. Arthur Barns — denied Zimmerman targeted Martin because he was black. He "felt the shooting was not racially motivated," the FBI report stated.

@gungasnake,
prosecutors have been known to file charges that they know they cant back up to make a statement. the charges against strass kahn in NYC was one such example.

@BillRM,
"we cant convict you, but if you do something we dont like we will cost you a lot of money and make your life hell"

this is abuse of the citizen at the hands of the state. B29 calls it a " publicity stunt" but it is worse than that.

An sadly far too large percent of the black community is being sold a bill of goods that this is a good idea as they are the ones who suffer the worst from such behaviors from the so call justice system.

An once more if the SYG law is repeal far more black men by percent of the total population will end up in prison then any other group.

@BillRM,
the black community has suffered from lousy leadership for a very long time, so no surprise there. blacks are continually played for saps, and they never wise up. but where would dems be if they had no victims to manage? it is a very destructive co-dependent relationship there. black leaders on the other hand are almost always working on building their egos and their wallets.

However they are victims even if their victimhood is partly their own damn fault.

Where is the threats to boycott Florida over the fact that Florida is one of the few states that does not return the right to vote to felons after they had serve their sentences or shortly afterward?

An making a request to get a convicted felon voting rights back a long and very slow process resulting in one in three blacks males not being allow to vote!!!!

Hell where is the threat to boycott Florida over having a justice system that locked up so many blacks for non-violence crimes?!!!!!!!

Getting people to focus on the important things and not allowing the rulers/media to play people emotions like a two dollars violin would be the goal.

For example you are bright enough to know that Zimmerman is not a mad racist or Trayvon an innocent child. The danger to young blacks males is the society that allowed the funding of drug gangs that turn other young blacks males into large scale killers of other young black males not the police or the white racists or anything else.

That the biggest enemy of the black community is the Al Sharptons and the Jacksons who do not focus the power of that community into channels that would benefit that community.

Such as pressuring to reform the justice system to stop warehousing people with special note of blacks males for non-violence crimes, pressure to return voting rights of blacks after they do serve their terms and on and on and on.

Stop building ever more prisons and start placing the funds into the education system and on and on.

An once more demonstrations concerning the outrage of having one in three black males not being able to vote not to mention why the hell do we have a justice system that end up labeling one in three blacks as felons in the first place!!!!!!!!

One person at a time such as convicting you that letting the news media/politicians play you over Zimmerman/Trayvon is counter produced to all our best interests.

Once more you are bright enough to know that Zimmerman was and is not some mad racist killer and Trayvon was not some innocent child.

That we should be focus on the real causes of the injustices in society.

I am now tell me do you really believed that Zimmerman is some mad racist that killed an innocent child for no reason other then his hate for people with a dark skin color?

Or that Trayvon was an innocent child instead of a trouble teenager who attacked a man who annoy him and put the man in fear of his life?

I am getting really piss at the people in power of all skin colors playing us all for fools

@BillRM,
When are you going to start "educating the people?" Until then, no more questions.

Seems I'm trying to have a discussion with an idiot!

BTW, wake me up when you're finished. Mr. Green

By the way I am very very disappointed with President Obama in not only his handling the Zimmerman/Trayvon matter with his Attorney General but in the NSA spying on all of us.

The man is a constitutional expert so how can such a man support secret courts and a total surveillance state just to start with?

Who the hell can we turn to when both parties are so dishonest and out for themselves and so willing to play us all for fools with the help of the "news media".
