I agree; the state has failed to make a strong case for second degree murder. That, to me, is the bottom line. The jurors must still have a lot of questions in their minds. I do.

The victim owes it to himself to end the threat
to his well being as swiftly as possible.
Its not the victim's job
to keep the bad guy alive,
while his head is being beaten against the street.
The victim is fighting to protect his OWN well being,
not that of the bad guy.

of Zimmy's choice of defensive fire power: 9mm.
A heavier caliber than little 9mm is more reliable;

"Beaten against the street" is an overstatement of the event. There was NO TRAUMA of any kind as witnessed by the healthcare worker that took care of him.

I'm also sure if you were in Zimmerman's shoes, you would also have shot Martin dead in his tracks.

If the girl had been white, blue eyed, blond haired, and spoke with a harvard accent the white racists on this site would have ate up what ever she said with a spoon. But black, uneducated, and unable to express herself makes her a lier and a whore. But this is only what I expected of southern justice. Ill be surprised as hell if this southern jury finds him guilty. More likely they will nominate him for sainthood.

They were not always in a horizontal position; or better yet, how do you think Zimmerman shot Martin? People in prone positions can't shoot?

I believe first account witness accounts with the proper license to determine who's right or wrong.

Not to labor the point forever, but she didn't say she couldn't read that particular letter she allegedly wrote herself. She said she couldn't read cursive. That's like saying I write German with no problem; I simply can't read German.
