What prepositions should I use in the following titles? Thanks very much.

Theoretical foundations and dietary approach ______ bariatric patient

Dietary approach ______ preoperative patient

Dietary approach _______ postoperative patient

Dietary approach ______ postoperative complications

Dietary approach _______ weight recovery

Do these titles make sense to the native speakers out there? Thanks very much.

@Doubtful,
For obvious reasons I had to consult a linguist to get the answer for this one.

So, if anyone's interested, this is what I learned: approach in this sense can only be used on things, not on people. So one way to fix the titles below is to add something to them:

Dietary approach to the management of preoperative patients
