THREAT (?) AVERTED IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Do thay need to flunk an I. Q. test to become school teachers or administrators ??

"The boy got hit with detention and was ordered
to send letters of apology to affected students " reports the story
of these kindergarteners. Presumably, if thay remain in that grade,
thay do not know how to write letters (nor anything else)
and thay do not know how to read incoming mail.

I hope that, when thay get a little older,
it will occur to them to CHALLENGE JURISDICTION.
