Eclipse is the name of our company. How do I say something is ours? Eclipse' or Eclipse's? (or something else?)

Eclipse's is correct.

the apostrophe at the end is for a word that ends in an S, ie Philbis' ...

That's certainly one option, Region, as is Philbis's.
