Which sentence is correct?
Those, who suffer from it the most, are children, because their life does not look as if they wanted to.
Those who suffer from it he most are children, because their life does not look as if they wanted to.

Also I want to know if there is any difference between living with parents and life with parents.

I had a paragraph to write. Maybe someone would be so kind and check it for me?

Thanks for Your help.

@emilemil12,
The single comma is okay tho for most purposes you don't really need one at all

My instant reaction was however, "suffer from what" and "wanted to what"

Quote:
any difference between living with parents and life with parents.
Hm, thought I, presenting the q to my Better Half, much smarter than I, who responded, "In life with parents you're not necessarily living with them"

I can imagine a situation though, where all three commas are needed:

Let's talk about obesity. Yesterday I encountered a group of more than a dozen who voted unanimously for ice cream at breakfast, several of whom were distinctly overweight. Those, who suffer from it the most, are children, because (judging from their relatively dour reaction to our questionnaire) their life does not look as if they wanted to (be)

@dalehileman,
Yes, I use this sentence in quite similar context so commas are needed.(probably)
Thank you very much.

@33export,
You probably think Karma Chameleon was something about reptilian punctuation.
