Which punctuation has been correctly used? Both are okay? (I often use both forms at my wish)
1) That is, in the OP case, he/she has to use "the other" rather than "another?"
2) That is, in the OP case, he/she has to use "the other" rather than "another"?
@oristarA,
Well. Nobody cares about it?
@oristarA,
That is, in the OP
's case, he/she has to use "the other" rather than "another"?
You missed a possessive apostrophe and an 's'. Also slashes should only be used in terse informal notes. However...

Punctuation such as question marks should only be within quotes when it is part of the matter quoted or when logic requires it.
(1) "We are having a baby." I said. My father looked surprised. "Another?" he said. "But you have three children already!" he continued.
(2) In this sentence, can you see where I have written "another"?
@oristarA,
As I said, "I generally use quotation marks after commas, periods, exclamation and question marks."

Thank you Contrex.
No doubt the form "Another?" is right in your example. But it is different in my case, in which the usage of "the other" and "another" is discussed.

That is irrelevant. Your original question appears to be about punctuation. You gave two sentences, one having a question mark inside quotes, and one where the question mark was outside the quotes. You appeared to ask which was correct. I answered that question and gave an example, which you may have failed either to read carefully or understand, or both. If your question was not as I supposed, please explain more clearly what you require to know.
