I woke up to a msg from my boyfriend saying; "I heard u switch up the labels at ur job, u crazy boo.. u need help"
I am totally confused to what that means cuz if he is really talking about my job, I am a cashier n I don't label things. I don't know if he is playing with my head cuz I told him to leave me alone n blocked him from calling me cuz I am upset with him and he takes me for granted
Plz help me
By far the best way to deal with this is to not reply, delete it immediately and do the same with all future texts. Don't even read them.
The most effective way to deal with mind games is by not entering into them.

Thanks a lot.. I know he is just trying to get me to reply cuz he fears losing me but he should try to make the situation better than to play with my mind
