hi, I'm an Italian guy, tomorrow I have to deliver to my teacher a composition titled "we are what we eat" this is what I wrote, could you tell me if it is correct? thanks.
We are what we eat
Proper nutrition is the key to have a long and healthy life. If we want to eliminate the problems That as from an incorrect diet, as turbulent digestion, diabetes, hypertension etc ... and consequently reduce the risk of running into serious diseases Caused by eating disorders (such as obesity or anorexia) we need to follow a diet. There are different types of diets but all have the aim to Obtain a specific bodily balance. Nowadays some foods typical of fast foods like hamburgers and French fries highly carbonated sugary fizzy drinks have become very popular, especially among young people. In some countries this so-called "trash food" is the cause of a very high rate of obesity That has led the nations to spread messages That encourage the consumption of healthy foods. However, despite is aware of it, many people continue to feed Themselves That Exclusively with foods they like blackberries, to the detriment of foods That Their are good for health, but less like That. The main factor That regulates the feed is self-discipline; Many people see in Their Own body defects, and some homes in The Latter sees as the main obstacle in social relations, However each of us has the opportunity to improve His body, and to do this you have to have a strong will power and to Undertake the hard road That leads coveted goal, is it a specific number in the balance or a particular level of muscle mass. Will is power.

I notice some odd capitalization in midsentence. Don't do that without an extremely good reason, which I don't see here, and don't expect to see elsewhere.

If we want to eliminate health problems from an incorrect diet, we need to follow a good, balanced, diet. A bad diet can cause turbulent digestion, diabetes, hypertension and other eating disorders.
