Don't get into situations where you need to be alone with her for more than maybe 5 minutes at most. Be friendly but not overly so. Do not treat her special beyond ordinary kindness. Do not lead her on at all (as that is cruel).
If her attentions are too much, tell her so - be firm if you have to. If she at all dangerous, involve the authorities.
You do not need to be in relationships you don't want to be in - just because someone likes you does not mean you need to like them back.
