A critically wounded teenager was lying bleeding in a boat. So they used an armored vehicle to rip the fabric cover off the boat, while shooting the boat full of holes. Then they tossed in several stun grenades. (Bear in mind here, that they desperately needed to talk to this guy at the earliest opportunity, for various obvious reasons)
While this was going on and just before, they shot several of the surrounding houses (upper floors too) and cars full of holes.

Several people are still trying to take credit for this. But the investigation has stalled, because the perp is incommunicado.

How would what they did differ from what American troops have done, do all the time, Punkey? And it's not just American troops, it's your governments. The US government killed half a million innocent Iraqi children playing their silly little games of steal from the world's poor.

Those same governments of yours have spent half a century terrorizing the people of Cuba.

How? These American characters were carrying around BOMBS!!! And they planted them to kill as many Cubans as possible. These US characters, fully supported by the US government have killed way way more than several people without any thought - including children.

The CIA has directed and supported over 4,000 individuals in 299 paramilitary groups. They are responsible for 549 murders and thousands of people wounded.

In 1971, after a biological attack, half a million pigs had to be killed to prevent the spreading of swine fever. In 1981, the introduction of dengue fever caused 344,203 victims killing 158 of whom 101 were children. On July 6th, 1982, 11,400 cases were registered in one day alone.

Most of these aggressions were prepared in Florida by the CIA-trained and financed extreme right wing of Cuban origin.

For nearly 50 years, anti-Cuba terrorist organizations based in Miami have engaged in
countless terrorist activities against Cuba. These groups, including Alpha 66, Omega 7,
Cornandos F4, Cuban American National Foundation (CANF), Independent and
Den~ocratic Cuba (CID) and Brothers to the Rescue (BTTR), operate with impunity in the
United States - with the knowledge and support of the FBI and CIA.
In the face of this terrorism, Gerardo Hernhndez, Ram6n Labafiino, Antonio Guelrero,
Fernando Gonzilez and Red Gonzilez - the Cuban Five - peacefully infiltrated criminal
exile groups in Miami to prevent terrorism against Cuba. The Five turned over the results
of their investigation to the FBI. But instead of working with the Five to prevent
terrorism, the US government charged them with acting as unregistered Cuban agents in
the United States and of conspiracy to commit espionage for attempting to penetrate US
military bases; Gerardo was also charged with conspiracy to commit murder for the
deaths of four Miami-based pilots from BTTR, shot down by Cuban jets in 1996.
