Are these correct per BrE punctuation?
1. When Mike said, "Be careful what you wish for," he meant it.

I say that per BrE, the full stop goes outside, as exampled below, because these are non-dialogue quotes.
2. I don't like the sentence "It is what it is".
3. I like the adage "A stitch in time saves nine".
4. The policy states 'Intoxicants found in an employee's bloodstream will result in termination of employment".
5. The e-mail stated, "There will be a meeting on Thursday, 1 March 2013. ... Thank you in advance for your support".
