Please just forget it. If you must remember it, it is just "forget about it" spelled the way that some regions in the US pronounce it. Replace the t's with d's and the "o" with "uh" and you are pretty close. The slang way to say you're welcome is to say "forget about it." That works a lot better in normal speech and writing.
