A lung infection, Craven? Isn't that the same as pneumonia?!

(That's what they told me when I was hospitalized once...a "lung infection." Then I stole my chart and saw they had actually written "pneumonia.")

Craven's not sick. He coughed up a section of lung approximately the size of a kitchen sponge and, while he was momentarily concerned, he realized he still has the majority of the lung left inside.

No big deal.
