it's a guy in Wendy's and the first time i seen him i gave him a compliment a s after i left i thought about him and wanted to get to know him so yesterday i went into Wendy's and when i came in the door we instanteously made eye contact for 30secs then a couples minutes later he start walking to get something and while he was walking back to his work station he was looking at mee again what does it mean!???

Probably not a lot, but it's certainly not a bad thing. Call it a start of some interest. It's up two the two of you to get to know one another a bit more. Maybe soon you can find out if you have the basis of a friendship. Glances don't mean a lot. Talk with him...when he's not working, though.

Body language says a lot to me.

You complimented him, he remembers.

You walked back in, he remembers you.

You both stared at each other, and then he also looked back.

Walk back in again in a few days and this time, when that 30 seconds occurs, smile, he'll smile back.... See if he then makes a move or not.

Maybe he had a problem with his eyes and couldn't stop staring at you:P Ore maybe he just liked you. And I think, it was the second. What kind of guy is it? Do you like him?
