"stop acting awesome when you aren't one"
Is it correct?If yes, please explain me why?because there's this one guy who said , awesome is not a noun. Is he right?

He is right. A rewrite might look like this.

Stop acting awesome when you aren't.

Of course Xx, Rog is right. But it could be okay depending on circumstance. For instance we might assume that Edward has been representing himself as an expert but lately has been falling flat on his face

There may be further context that refers to "one".
