In a few instances I found it's been written manufacture’s instruction. So-
what is right:
1. manufacture’s instruction
or
2. manufacturer’s instruction
or
3. both are OK

@Tanim,

2. manufacturer’s instruction

Would be the usage for the instructions on using a product.
This is what one would place on the label of a product.
You are telling the reader that [instructions] are those of the company doing the manufacturing.

@Ceili,
Don't be sorry!
If I were asking a question I would want consensus. Very Happy

@Tanim,
2. If there is only one manufacturer.

If there are several, it would be manufacturers' instructions.

Did I just blow the consensus, Matt?
