"Only McDonald's food and beverages allowed in this restaurant."
What is the word "allowed" functioning in this sentence?
If it uses pass voice, then the sentence should use "are allowed"?

It is the passive, Jerry. I suspect that that came from a sign. Signs often use shortcuts.
