Do you think he'll like this letter?

I wrote a letter to the boy I like expressing my feeling in a very subtle way (or so I think). I didn't want to sound desperate or needy, just wanted to tell him how special he is for me. So read what I wrote and I would thank you gave me your opinion:

I do not know how to start this letter, because Im afraid it will end our good but still little communication. But I decided to take a chance because it is the only way that I can let you know how much you mean to me before you leave.

You are totally unlike any other person I've ever met. I like everything about you. I admire your intelligence, dedication, friendliness and values. But above all, I admire the courage you have to speak your mind no matter what happens next. In few words, I want you to know that you are someone very special to me. I know I will not be the person you'll remember the most, but I'll remember you fondly.

Sorry if I make you feel uncomfortable, it is not my intention. I do not expect an answer, I just felt I should let you know all this and it is what I'm doing. I hope you have success in this new phase you are soon to begin and that you achieve everything that you propose.
