@sofia mercedez,
Soph as I was telling another contributor a short time ago, because the size of your OP might discourage many potential respondents you might have had better luck placing each entry on a subsequent day, or even a second day

However, today

Q#1 We're having a barbecue next week.......?

Quote:
will you come
Okay tho think I might say "(,) so can you come" or even
"…..; so, can you come…." or …. Won't you come"

Quote:
did you come
No this doesn't make sense because the bbq would have already happened

Quote:
do you come
No, the implication is that I have many bbq's and I'm not sure how many you have attended, whether it's your practice to avoid them

Quote:
were you coming
Okay but the implication is that you already knew about my impending bbq but I'm not sure whether or not you had planned to attend

Also there are besides "so" other choices for connective; eg, and, but, then, neveretheless; conveying different meanings

Yes, nevertheless, supposing you had plans out of town, might have to drive back here for the party

English is tough Soph, it must sometimes seem frustrating

@Setanta,
Some useages are too uncommon to make it to the dictionaries. I'm happy to oblige when I can. I am not going to do a three page report, or rewrite a five paragraph essay.

@roger,
Neither am i . . . however, this is supposed to be a place to seek expert knowledge, not an open homework service. I think this is a blatant example of a student who is not at all interested in learning about a subject, but just getting an annoying homework assignment done by someone else.

@sofia mercedez,
Soph out of curiosity when do you have to turn in your assignment

Also without however id'ing can you tell us something about yourself; age, nationality sex, ed., family, job, motives, etc

One of the fellas above has a point: If it's really homework don't you feel just a bit guilty
